Grand surprise this morning – a letter from Meg [MacDougall], very depressed about the future of her museum [at Inverness].Must write to her about museum affairs here.
Lot of searchlights out tonight, making a fine sight.Did not feel very well, and spent a quiet warm evening in my cosy little room, then bed after drinking hot milk.
